Impactful:

“Be willing to commit to something before you are fully ready to accomplish it.” I came across this concept recently in a leadership-focused email I subscribe to, and it resonated with me. As we all know, new challenges are a constant part of life. Trouble is just around the corner, and approaching these obstacles with a pessimistic attitude serves no purpose.

My encouragement today is to think big and commit to that next challenge when it comes your way. But remember, commitment isn’t just about saying “yes.” It’s about dedicating the time and effort (hours, days, months, or more) to prepare for success. That preparation might involve physical or mental training, attending a series of classes, or reading books to expand your knowledge. Whatever methods you choose, intentional preparation lays the foundation for achieving your goals.

The process of preparing to succeed is the critical step that will help you achieve the goals you set your sights on before you feel fully ready. So, embrace this journey and enjoy every step of growth along the way!
