Spectrum Building Company Board of Directors

The Spectrum Building Company is the school's affiliated nonprofit building corporation. It is a legal entity that exists solely to hold ownership of any building Spectrum may build. Spectrum leases from the Spectrum Building Company. The Spectrum Building Company will finance buildings through tax-exempt bonds. Selling bonds provides money to the Spectrum Building Company to purchase, renovate and/or build new facilities.
