Principal's Blog: 4/23/21

Spectrum Families,

As I was recently reviewing our award, lettering, and scholarship recipients this spring, I was reminded of what an amazing year of achievement this has been.  Despite a global pandemic and the challenges that have been presented to all of us, our Spectrum High School student body has risen to the occasion.  I want to take this opportunity to point out how incredibly proud we are of all of our high school students.  Through the twists and turns of 2020-21 they have managed to excel in so many ways and these accomplishments deserve to be celebrated.  We look forward to disseminating award, lettering, and scholarship recipient information in the coming weeks.  Please be sure to check our social media pages for updates and join us in celebrating these students and their accomplishments!

April is coming to a close and we are looking to propel each student toward the finish line. With this, I want to be sure you’re aware that we are here to support your student.  Whether it is extra RTI sessions they are summoned for, attending after school Directed Study, or meeting with teachers individually before or after school, we will do what we can to aid them in finishing the year successfully.  If our efforts are seemingly not enough, please reach out so we are able to devise a plan for your child.

We welcome your support!  Please feel free to track your student’s academic efforts by staying connected and monitoring his/her progress via Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Again, if concerns arise, reach out to individual teachers, counselors, or administrators.
