Spectrum’s Annual Board of Directors Election – Monday, April 20, 2020

Spectrum’s Annual Board of Directors Election – Monday, April 20, 2020

The annual election for Spectrum’s Board of Directors (School Board) is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2020.  Again this year, the Board has chosen to utilize an electronic online means to conduct its election using the service of Election Buddy.  On Monday, April 20, 2020, all eligible voters (please see the school’s website for more information on Eligible Voters by clicking HERE) will receive an email message containing a link to the election.  You will have from Monday, April 20, 2020 (beginning at 7:30 a.m.) through Tuesday, April 21, 2020 (ending at 3:30 p.m.) to cast your vote.

Please note that in year’s previous, an option for in-person voting at each school building had been made available; however, because it has never been used and because of the current Stay at Home Order by Governor Walz in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, no in-person voting will be made available for 2020 election.

REMEMBER mark your calendars for Monday, April 20, 2020 as Election Day and be watching your email for a message for a link to the election!  The email message will be sent directly from Election Buddy so if you do not receive a message, please check your SPAM folder in case the message is caught in your filter.

Lastly, posted below, please find the Voter Guide and Candidate Profiles for those who are running in this year’s School Board Election for you to review prior to the election.  This same information will also be available within the Election Buddy email message.
