We are busily preparing for the new school year, which will kick off on Thursday, August 22, 2019 with Open House at all three school buildings. Along with Open House, it is also the first time that Lifetouch School Photography will be on site to capture student pictures, which will be used in the year book, as well as to create a student ID.
Important details regarding pictures:
• Open House at all three school buildings runs from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m . Student pictures will take place in the gym of each building and will run concurrent with Open House.
• Students whose last name begins with A – K should plan to attend Open House/Student Pictures from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
• Students whose last name begins with L – Z should plan to attend Open House/Student Pictures from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m .
• You DO NOT need any order forms and/or money to have student pictures taken. All orders and payment will be handled by Lifetouch School Photography. Simply log on to the Lifetouch website within 48 hours at MyLifeTouch.com (so, by 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24th) with the Picture Day ID of EVT7HZS74 (which is the same for all three buildings) to place and pay for your order.
• It is advised that all 6th grade students have their picture taken at the 6th grade building, all 7th and 8th grade students at the 7/8 building, and all 9th – 12th grade students at the high school building; however, if needed, please feel free to have student picturestaken at whatever building location is most convenient for you.
• We respectfully request that parents and/or guardians NOT wait in line with their student for pictures. If you are not satisfied with the picture taken the evening of Open House, a picture re-take day has been scheduled for Monday, October 14th . (Please note: Another picture day is scheduled for Friday, September 13th and this date is reserved for all students and staff who do not have their picture taken at Open House. Again, all re-takes, whether taken the evening of Open House or on the September 13th date, will be handled on Monday, October 14th). The time for pictures on September 13th and October 14th is from 8:00 a.m. until finished, which is approximately 10:30 a.m.
• Seniors, even if you have your senior picture taken by an outside photographer, in order to receive a Spectrum student ID, you need to have your picture taken by Lifetouch.
