SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Reminder: There is no school on Monday, March 16. This will be a Staff Development Day.

  • Spectrum's Theatre Department invites you to come and enjoy Mary Poppins! This classic musical has familiar songs, faces, and magic. This show will truly tell you anything can happen if you let it.

    Performances are on the Spectrum Stage on March 13th at 7pm, March 14th at 2pm and 7pm, and March 15th at 2pm. Tickets are $10 cash at the door, $5 Dollars for 55+ and children under 12. Spectrum seniors will be taking their final bows after the March 15th production - come out and support them! See you there!

  • Gentlemen, it’s time to see who this year’s champions of the volleyball court will be.. because Student Council is excited to announce this year’s Powdertuff on March 24th! Teams arrive at 5:30, games begin at 6:00! To all who are interested, please fill out the registration form by March 17th, which can be found on posters around the school.

  • Are you interested in Boys' Hockey?  There is an informational meeting on March 24th @ 6 pm in the College & Career Center (CCC).  Come that evening and hear all about it!  Questions, see the Athletic Department

  • Good morning! Students in grades 8–11 who are interested in singing in Chamber Choir next year can now audition. We currently have multiple openings for **Sopranos, Altos, Tenors, and Basses**. Auditions will begin next week and continue through March 27.

    To sign up for an audition, please use the **Google Form sign-up link posted on Schoology for Choir students**. If you cannot find the link, please **email Mr. Kempenich** to request that the audition form be sent to you.

    For the audition, you will need to:

    * Sing **“The Star-Spangled Banner”
    * Perform **a song of your choosing
    * Be prepared for a **short sight-reading test

    We look forward to hearing you sing!

  • Middle School Students of the Month - Each month we have two Students of the Month for each grade. If you have not done so already, please congratulate the following students for being recognized as March’s Students of the Month:  

    6th - Esme F and Miles G
    7th - Arya B and Drake M
    8th - Brooke H and David E

    The MS Spring Sports Meeting will take place on Monday, March 16th at 6:30 PM in the Athletic Center. Students interested in MS Baseball, MS Golf, MS Softball or MS Track & Field should plan to attend with a parent/guardian. Registration is now open!

  • 2026-2027 WIN Leaders - If you're interested in being a WIN leader, please fill out the link on your Sting Time Teacher's Schoology Page. All current 6th and 7th-grade students are eligible. WIN Leaders assist with 5th and 6th-grade orientation and meet with 5th and 6th-grade students throughout the year. Applications are due by Friday, March 20th. Please connect with Mr. Steensland if you have any questions.
