SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • National Honor Society is still requesting, through Friday, new art supplies to benefit a school in Kibera, Kenya. Please drop off all donations in the CCC.

  • Yearbook is looking for you to join our team!  Are you interested in design, photography, writing and/or interviews?  Then we have a spot for you.  Apply today on the Class Registration page of the school website or the QR codes in your buildings!

  • Recently, students have experienced increasing difficulty finding a parking spot. As the school year progresses, the number of student drivers naturally increases. However, a significant factor contributing to this issue is the growing number of students who are parking on campus without purchasing a permit. Parking without a permit is dishonest and unfair to the students who have paid for one and expect access to the space they secured.

Students who are currently parking on campus without a permit will have one week to purchase one at the standard cost of $75. Due to the continued misuse of the parking system, beginning February 20 the cost will increase to $95.

If you notice a vehicle consistently parking on campus without a visible permit, please notify the office. We expect all students to act with integrity and to follow the process in place. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and organized parking system for everyone.

  • Broadcast Journalism applications are now open for the 2026-2027 school year!  If you are currently in grades 8-11 and interested in joining the award winning NOISE News crew, apply by February 20th.  We are seeking students who are dependable, can work with a team, and have a desire to learn new skills.  Find out more by scanning the QR code on Mrs. Chrest’s door in the high school or the fliers on the bulletin boards.
