Do you have a great memory? Love being part of a team? Find yourself yelling the answers at Jeopardy! contestants on TV? If so, you’re in luck! Spectrum High School’s Quiz Bowl Team has begun its 2025–2026 season.

Practices will be held every Wednesday at 3:00 PM in Room 106 at the Elementary School campus. Contact Coach Tuckey with questions.
Join the Spectrum cross country/nordic ski team for fun in the snow! This is a co-op sport that we do through Parnassus Preparatory. Whether you have never skied before or grew up skiing, we would love to have you on our team! We focus on enjoying winter together, whether that be at our pasta feeds we have before each meet or racing through the snow at Elm Creek. Nordic skiing is also a great way to cross train through the winter to stay in shape for cross country running, track, or other sports. What I Need - this month’s WIN meeting for 6th graders is Friday during Sting Time. The lesson will be on responsibility.
Keeping healthy - Please remember to wash your hands throughout the day but especially before eating lunch. Cold and flu season is coming, and we want you to stay healthy during it.
