SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Students, please note that the bell schedules for next week are unique.

    • Monday is a delayed start block A day

    • Tuesday is block B day and is our seniors final day.

    • Wednesday is a full 8 period day with 4th and 5th periods flipped in the
      schedule.

    • Thursday is a modified block A day with no Sting Time and an early release
      at 1:11 pm.

    • Friday is a modified block B day with no Sting Time. We will have advisory at
      the end of the day where Chromebooks will be turned back in.
       

  • Attention Students: Spectrum will be collecting student-issued devices next week. Please make sure you have the following items ready for return:  a charging cord, Chromebook, protective cover and, if borrowed, a hotspot.  Return location and times are listed on the TVs and will be listed in an email that will be sent to you.

  • Students with detention hours,

    Detention hours can be served before or after school.  If hours are not served by next week,  you will not be allowed to the ice cream social and yearbook signing.  Any unserved detention hours will be forwarded to next year.  Students in sports will be removed from competition until they have been served.

  • Students, IT will be collecting the Spectrum-owned Chromebooks next week.  Seniors, please bring your charging cord, Chromebook and cover to your 8th hour class on Tuesday, May 20th. Seniors with no class during 8th hour on Tuesday can go to the IT room to return to your Chromebook after your last class.

    Students in Grades 9-11, please bring your charging cord, Chromebook and cover to your final period on Friday, May 23rd. Students with a Chromebook who do not have a class during one of the above mentioned times, please stop into the IT room to drop off your Chromebook BEFORE end of day on Friday, May 23rd. Thank you!

  • Please check the Lost & Found! All unclaimed items will be donated on the last day of school.

  • We’re excited to share that our Summer Activities plans are now available!  Registration is open, and you can find details online or on the flyers posted outside the front office at your school.  If you have any questions, feel free to email us at athletics@spectrumhighschool.org.  We hope you’ll join us for a fun and active summer!

  • Spectrum co-ops with Elk River High School for Girls' Swim & Dive.  There will be an informational meeting for athletes and parents on Monday, May 19th from 6-7 pm in the Vandenberge Middle School cafeteria.  If you are interested in that sport, please plan to attend.

  • Wreck-Less Driving Academy will be doing a driving education class with us again. They will be meeting August 4-15, 2025, from 9-noon. If you are at least 14-1/2 yrs. old and would like to join this class, please contact Wreck-Less Driving Academy to sign up today (class is limited to 30 students & needs a minimum of 20 to be held).  Go to: http://wreck-lessdriving.com for sign up.  There is a blue information sheet outside the front office area.

  • Final locker clean out will be today during Advisory. Please take all food, locker decor, shelving and extra clothes home with you. You will be able to use your locker on the last week, but you should only have what you absolutely need in your locker.

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL
