SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • Attention Juniors & Seniors mark your calendars!  Spectrum’s Prom is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2025! You can buy your prom tickets now in Infinite campus for $85.

  • As the weather begins to warm up, this is a good time to review Spectrum’s dress code.

Students, please pay special attention to the length of shirts and shorts, revealing clothing, and the location of holes in pants. This information was reviewed in advisory at the beginning of the school year.

If you need a refresher on dress code, please see page 38 in the Student/Family Handbook found on the school website under "Campus Life".

Our staff thanks you for your part in following the school dress code.

  • Students, as you know, arrival and dismissal times at Spectrum School’s campus are very busy. With hundreds of families dropping off students, high school drivers arriving at once, ongoing construction, and heavy foot traffic, safety is a top priority.

To help keep everyone safe, we ask that all students use the designated crosswalks when crossing roads and parking lots. We do our best to have staff supervising these areas, as they provide the safest route for getting where you need to go during these busy times.

We appreciate your cooperation in following this important expectation. Thank you for helping us keep our campus safe, and have a great day!

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL

  • Mr. Kempenick is excited to invite all 8th graders to audition for our amazing high school vocal groups: Chamber Singers, Harmenix, and Meladies! Those interested should select either the Star-Spangled Banner or a song of choice to perform. There will be a few sight-singing exercises as well. Each audition will take about 15 minutes and will be held during Sting Time or after school through Friday. Feel free to email Mr. Kempenick directly with any questions.

  • 8th grade field trip - 8th graders, please note that even though it is a late start Monday, you need to be here at your regular time for next week’s field trip. The buses will be leaving around 7:30. Please plan accordingly.

  • Students of the Month - Each month we have two Students of the Month for each grade.  These students are nominated by teachers for excelling in academic performance, character, behavior, effort, social relationships, and attendance; National Junior Honor Society students are not eligible to be a Student of the Month.  Please congratulate the following students for being recognized as the April’s Students of the Month:

    • 6th - Amelia Goset and Kyle Guntzel
7th - Brooklyn Benitz and Chase Heath
8th - Natalia Jones and Jullian Johnson

  • At Spectrum Middle School, each day we say, Have a great day, knowing that you belong here, and with humble confidence and your best efforts, today will be a success. Go Sting!
