SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Wreck-Less Driving Academy will be holding online/zoom virtual classes in October and in-person classes at Spectrum classes in January.  If you are looking to do driving and behind the wheel classes, please grab information from outside the front office or see Mrs. Bondy with questions. 

  • Reminder: There will be no school on October 17 and 18 for MEA Break. Please plan accordingly. Additionally, there is no school on Monday, October 21. This is a Staff Development Day.

  • Seniors! Reminder, the deadline for your adorable baby photos and heartfelt parent notes is tomorrow! Additionally, senior photos are due by October 31st! We want to showcase YOU in the yearbook, so be sure to check your inbox for an email from yearbook@spectrumhighschool.org—it has all the details you need! 

  • Today’s College Lunchroom Visit is Augustana University. If you are interested in attending a college in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, please stop by the CCC during the 20 minutes of your lunch.

  • The upcoming StingTime College Presentations is Gustavus Adolphus College. Please look for this presentation when making your Responsive Scheduling Offering selections on Tuesday. 
     

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL 

  • Lost & Found- there still are many items in the Lost & Found. If you've misplaced anything recently, please stop to see if any of the items belong to you.

  • Locker clean-out - this week we are encouraging all students to clean out their locker before MEA break. Begin to bring home any summer clothing; throw away food, wrappers, etc.; and recycle any papers no longer needed for classes.

  • You’re Not Alone - Nigel, the dog, will be here today during lunch for sixth grade. 7th and 8th graders, if you would like some time with Nigel next Tuesday, please send Ms. Peterson an email.
