SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Spectrum High School Theatre announces the Spring Musical which will be performed on March 15, 16, & 17 will be Disney's Freaky Friday! Auditions will be held December 12, 13 & 14.  All information can be found in the Theatre Group on Schoology.  For help joining that group, please contact Ms. Tyler or Mr. De Haan.  Any student who has previously performed with Spectrum Theatre should be able to assist you, as well!

  • Join us for this year’s Winter Fine Arts Concert Series! The Band Concert will be at the HS gym on Friday, December 1. The following week the Choir Concert will be on Friday, December 8. Both of the concerts are free to the public; be sure to invite your friends and family to attend these festive events!

  • The National Honor Society is sponsoring a blood drive in association with Memorial Blood Centers. There is a great demand for blood donors and you have the chance to help save lives. On Thursday, December 7th, from 9am - 2pm Memorial Blood Centers will have a mobile unit set up in front of the school. Please strongly consider donating, and then sign up using the QR Code next to all the posters, at lunch, or in Mr. Hyde’s room. For more information or if you have any questions please see Mr. Hyde. Thank you for considering this life saving event.

  • The upcoming StingTime College Presentations are North Dakota State University in Aase’s classroom and University of Northwestern St. Paul in De Haan's room. Please look for these presentations when making your Responsive Scheduling Offering selections.

  • Reminder: There will be no school on Monday, December 4. This will be a Staff Development Day. Please plan accordingly.

  • Hey Spectrum, wanna help the kids in your community have a great Christmas? Then consider bringing in a new, unwrapped toy or gift to donate to Gifts Anonymous and kids and families in Elk River and Otsego will be blessed by your generosity. Between now and December 14, drop a gift in the Christmas boxes located at the entrance of the school, in the CCC, and in the lunch room. If you have questions about this please see Mr. Hyde.
