SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Congratulations to the Spectrum High School Chamber Winds for receiving a Superior Rating at MSHSL Large Group Contest that they attended on Wednesday, March 8 at Rockford High School. Out of all the school districts in Region 5A, Spectrum received the highest average score. This is a HUGE accomplishment, and we are very proud of all of your hard work. Great job! 

  • Attention All Football Players:  There will be a football information meeting for all Spectrum players in grades 6-12 and their parents with our new football coach, Dave Hamlin, this Thursday, March 30 from 6:00 - 6:30 pm in the Music Room at the high school.  Meet the coach and learn what is being planned for the 2023 season.  The meeting will be completed before the boys basketball banquet that begins at 6:30 pm.

  • Hey Sting! The National Honors Society is holding a Spring food drive! The food drive will go until March 31st. Bring in your non-perishable food items to the box in your advisory. There will be no prizes, but we encourage everyone to participate to donate food to the CAER food shelf. 

  • We ask all spring sports to please put their items in the following areas:  Baseball & Softball under the stairwell by Mr. Hyde’s room.  Golf in Coach Slechta’s office.  Thank you!

  • The Power Tuff volleyball tournament has been rescheduled to Friday, April 21st.  To sign up your team, scan the QR code on our posters in the halls!

  • Attention students!  Prom is coming soon!  Saturday, April 29th!  Tickets are ON SALE now online--check the school store and order yours now.  Deadline to purchase tickets is Monday, April 17. Tickets are $30 per person. 

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL
