SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • T&F OUT OF SEASON PRACTICES: Get a head start on the season.  No cost.  Meet in the 6th grade building gym after school for practice that will go from 3:00 - 4:30 pm.  These are captain led and adult supervised practices focusing on general conditioning.  The more running and conditioning you do now will make a BIG difference later to give your body more time to adapt and help prevent overuse injuries.  Be sure to pick up a T&F OUT OF SEASON RELEASE FORM in the office and bring it with you to your first practice.  It must be signed by the student and parent.

T&F OUT OF SEASON PRACTICES will continue in the 6th grade gym from Monday-Thursday from Feb. 28 - March 9.
