Spectrum Daily 3-2-23

SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • T&F OUT OF SEASON PRACTICES: Get a head start on the season.  No cost.  Meet in the 6th grade building gym after school for practice that will go from 3:00 - 4:30 pm.  These are captain led and adult supervised practices focusing on general conditioning.  The more running and conditioning you do now will make a BIG difference later to give your body more time to adapt and help prevent overuse injuries.  Be sure to pick up a T&F OUT OF SEASON RELEASE FORM in the office and bring it with you to your first practice.  It must be signed by the student and parent.

T&F OUT OF SEASON PRACTICES will continue in the 6th grade gym from Monday-Thursday from Feb. 28 - March 9.

  • Interested in Girls' Lacrosse?  We coop with Big Lake and there will be a meeting on Tuesday March 7th at 7pm-8pm at the Big Lake High School Lecture Hall.  You will register and pay them, but student athletes of all co-op sports need to also complete the Spectrum registration for attendance and grade check purposes.  See Ms. Erdmann (7-8th) or Mrs. Bondy (9-12th) with questions.

  • Lost & Found Reminder: Parent Teacher Conferences are here and it is once again time to bring out the Lost & Found items! There are items like notebooks, gym clothes, water bottles and lunch bags. If you are missing yours, it could be there!
