SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • We are excited to announce that Spectrum will be offering an ACT Prep program this year! It will run for 16 sessions during RTI on Thursdays, starting November 3rd. Interested student must commit to attending every session. There is no cost to participate but space is limited. Priority will be given to juniors and is first come first serve. Registration for juniors will open on October 11th during Advisory. If there are still spots available, registration will open to sophomores on October 18th. See your School Counselor for more information!

  • Dominic Santa Lucia received recognition of Commendation for his outstanding scores on his PSAT in 2021. Commended Students placed among the top 50,000 students who entered the national 2023 competition. Congratulations, Dominic!

  • Wreck-Less Driving Academy will be doing driver education classes in person at Spectrum from October 31st-November 11th from 2:45-5:45 pm.  If you are at least 14-1/2 years old and would like to join this class, please pick up a blue flyer outside the front office or connect with Mrs. Bondy.

  • High School Dress Up Day Themes for Homecoming week are: 

    • Friday:  School Spirit Day 

      • Seniors: Black

      • Juniors: Green

      • Sophomores: White

      • Freshmen: Gray

  • Spectrum High School, it is time to announce the 2022 Homecoming Court:

    • Freshman - Corrine Mach (G) and Logan Peterson (B)

    • Sophomore - Addison Kirkpatrick (G) and Peter Kopp (B)

    • Junior - Arianna Bechthold (G) and Ethan Howe (B)

    • Seniors (G) - Morgan Alders, Grace Beck, Arona Shaw, Sage Behnken, and Sydney Mackenthun 

    • Seniors (B) - Isaac Bengtson, Matthew Burquest, Jairus Sorensen, Jamison Waknitz, and Asher Koch

  • All staff and students are invited to attend home athletic events for free by showing their picture ID. Until those are received, just say your name at the ticket table and they will verify it on an alphabetical listing they have. GO STING!

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL 

  • 6th Grade Field Trip: Forget to make your field trip payment? While permission slips are NO longer being accepted, payments will continue to be accepted until this Friday, September 30th. If you have turned in your permission slip, but have not yet paid, remind your parents to make the $15 payment on Infinite Campus as soon as possible.

  • Middle School Dress Up Day Themes for Homecoming week are: 

    • Friday:  school colors- 8th grade is black, 7th grade white, 6th grade green
