SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Randy Shaver (Kare 11 News) will be doing a segment tomorrow night (9/24/2021) during Prep Sports Extra highlighting our Spectrum Girls’ Soccer Kick Out Cancer Event that happened on Tuesday. Way to go ladies on such a great event for a wonderful cause! Tune in if you get a chance & GO STING!

  • Students, this is just a quick reminder about student conduct during the pep fest and coronation on Friday afternoon.  Please know that the pep fest and coronation are intended to celebrate our school and our students, and each of you are part of that.  It is a time to have fun, but to do it in a respectful manner, and show support of your fellow classmates.

    Tomorrow, following 8th period, students will head to their ADVISORY for attendance, which will begin at 1:30 pm, and wait to be released to the pep fest over the intercom.  We look forward to an amazing afternoon celebrating our school and students!  Thank you for your cooperation!

  • Reminder: There is no school on Monday, September 27. This will be a Staff Development Day. Please plan accordingly. 

  • If you placed an order for Spirit wear at the start of the school year, those orders have arrived. Please pick them up in the front office today!

  • Students, you are permitted to bring an outside guest to the Homecoming Dance this Friday. To do so, pick up an Outside Guest Contract Form from the forms folder outside of the main office. This form must be filled out and turned in to Mr. Skog prior to the end of the school day on Friday. FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR OF THE DANCE. 

    Please note that outside guests are limited to currently enrolled high school students.

  • Friday night after the football game is Spectrum’s 70’s themed Homecoming Dance for 9-12 grade students. The time is 9:30PM-11:30PM. Casual to Semi-Formal Attire (dress code applies!)

    Tickets prices are:

    • $5.00 Pre-Sale (sold during lunches)

    • $7.00 at the door.

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL 

  • Pep Fest: Tomorrow is our Pep Fest at the end of the day. After 8th period, plan to go to your Advisory. Your advisor will take attendance and bring you to the 7/8th gymnasium. You should not bring anything with you.

  • Middle School Homecoming Week: The Homecoming game is Friday, September 24, with our annual Dress-up Days this week as well. Please note that the middle school is NOT having a dance; there will be our annual fall event in October. Please join Middle School Student Council in showing your school spirit:

    • Wednesday – Tropical Day 

    • Thursday – Hat/Head covering/Bandana Day

    • Friday – Sting Day – 8th Grade = Black; 7th Grade = White; 6th Grade = Green
