SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Seniors, your mandatory senior check-out form is available for pickup in the College and Career Center. This form must be completed in order to receive your cap and gown. Please see your email for more detailed directions and essential information about graduation rehearsal and parking at graduation. 

  • Attention Students: Spectrum will be collecting student-issued devices next week. Please make sure you have the following items ready for return:  a charging cord, Chromebook, protective cover, and, if borrowed, a hotspot.  Return location and times are listed on the T.V.'s and will be listed in an email that will be sent to you. 

  • Students On Campus: Spectrum device collection-Seniors: Wednesday, May 26 8th period class (if no 8th period - turn in at the CCC at end of last period). 6-11th grade: Friday, May 28 Sting Advisory (end of the day).

  • Distance Learners: Spectrum device collection-Seniors: Thursday, May 27 between 9 am-11 am in the College and Career Center at the high school building. 9-11th grade: Tuesday, June 1 between 6:30 am-8:30 am OR Wednesday, June 2, 2:30 pm-4:30 pm in the College and Career Center at the high school building.

  • Students, please take note that today will be an Advisory session during Sting Time and yearbooks will be distributed.  Also, please note that tomorrow will also be an Advisory session and we will dedicate some time to clean out your lockers before the final week of school.  If you have PERKS, please be sure to plan on attending these mandatory Advisory sessions.

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL 

  • Attention Students: Spectrum will be collecting student-issued devices next week.   • Distance Learners: Spectrum device collection-6-8th grade: Tuesday, June 1 between 6:30 am-8:30 am OR Wednesday, June 2 between 2:30 pm-4:30 pm to the Main Office of the middle school 7-8 building. (Note: no return/drop-off at the 6th-grade building)

  • School Resources: For planning purposes, Chromebooks will be returned with your charger on the last day of school, Friday, May 28. Your locker needs to be entirely emptied and cleaned out by then as well.

  • Summer Athletics: Interested in joining a sport next year? Check out the list of summer camps available! It is a great way to try it out before the season starts. Registrations for summer camps are open and available online. 

  • Last week of school: Students, please be aware that next week there will be no working in the hallways the last few days, and bathroom use will be only unless it is an emergency. Please plan to use the restroom during passing times and lunch. Thank you for your cooperation and support in ending the year positively.

  • Sixth-grade books:  Sixth grade, please return any novels from the school library and teachers’ classrooms by the end of the day tomorrow.

  • There is one more 6th grade track & field meet to be held at the Spectrum track at 4 pm next Tuesday, May 25. Just like last time; hop on the activity bus after school and we will meet you at the track with a jersey, smile, and the opportunity to have all the same fun as the meet last week.  Hope to see you running, jumping, or throwing at the 6th-grade track meet on Tuesday!

  • At Spectrum Middle School, each day we say, Have a great day, knowing that you belong here, and with humble confidence and your best efforts, today will be a success. Go Sting!
