SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • May is Mental Health Awareness Month. While 1 in 5 people will experience mental illness over the course of their lifetimes, everyone will face challenges that can and will affect their mental health. Check in with your friends and loved ones to make sure they are doing okay and most importantly, check in with yourself. It is important for you to take care of yourself mentally, physically and emotionally. Today and every day moving forward, build in time for self care because taking care of yourself will play a positive role in all aspects of your life. And just remember, you are not alone.

  • Attention Students: Spectrum will be collecting student-issued devices next week. Please make sure you have the following items ready for return:  a charging cord, Chromebook, protective cover and, if borrowed, a hotspot.  Return location and times are listed on the T.V.'s and will be listed in an email that will be sent to you.

  • Sixth grade, please return any novels from the school library and teachers’ classrooms by the end of the day on Friday, May 21. We want to be sure all students have the opportunity to ready quality books, so please support this by returning them soon.
