SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • Spectrum's Financial Aid Night will be Wednesday, November 18th beginning at 6:30 PM virtually via Google Meet and will be recorded and posted on the School Counseling Schoology page if you are unable to attend. The Google Meet code for each session will be posted on the School Counseling Schoology page. The topics covered will be helpful for all students in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade.

  • This week (our last in-person week for a while) is Spectrum School Spirit Week. Student Council put together dress up days and posted them around the school. Let's have fun during our last week of in-person school this semester!

    • Friday:  Wacky Day (wacky masks, wild socks, mismatched in general)

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL

    • 3rd place went to Danica Orth, grade 7, as Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender
  • Spirit Week: It has been Spirit Week. Whether you are at home or at school, wear your Sting Spirit Wear on Friday. Thank you for participating and celebrating Spectrum.

  • Distance Learning mode: Well, we are heading back to the DL mode. This does not mean a lot to many of you, but for those that have been in the Hybrid mode, some changes are coming. Everyone needs to know that this is not the way it was in the spring but rather is more-or-less the way we have been operating this fall. It just means that most everyone is now in the same teaching and learning mode. Please do not disappear; stay connected! We are here for you at any time; just reach out. Please support one another, and we will see you physically soon!

  • Lockers: For the Thursday/Friday cluster, please be sure you have cleaned out your locker before heading home this afternoon.

  • Book Fair: This year’s fall Book Fair has started and runs until November 22nd. Details are on your Advisor’s Schoology page. All books get shipped directly to your home. Free shipping on orders over $25.00, and 25% of all purchases support teacher classroom libraries! This is a great opportunity to get some new reading materials, so please check out the link.

  • At Spectrum Middle School, each day we say, Have a great day, knowing that you belong here, and with humble confidence and your best efforts, today will be a success. Go Sting!
