SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Spectrum's Financial Aid Night will be Wednesday, November 18th beginning at 6:30 PM virtually via Google Meet and will be recorded and posted on the School Counseling Schoology page if you are unable to attend. The Google Meet code for each session will be posted on the School Counseling Schoology page. The topics covered will be helpful for all students in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade.

  • This week (our last in-person week for a while) is Spectrum School Spirit Week. Student Council put together dress up days and posted them around the school. Let's have fun during our last week of in-person school this semester!

    • Thursday:  Country vs. Country Club Day (boots vs. khakis & polos)
    • Friday:  Wacky Day (wacky masks, wild socks, mismatched in general)
       

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL 

  • Students of the Month - Each month we have two Students of the Month for each grade.  These students are nominated by teachers for excelling in academic performance, character, behavior, effort, social relationships, and attendance; National Junior Honor Society students are not eligible for SOTM.  Please congratulate the following students for being recognized as the November Students of the Month:  

    • 6th - Alexa Nelson and Jet Werk
    • 7th - Eric Wells and Grace Cerezo
    • 8th - Chase Lesyinski and Charisma Saengsudham
    • *Please come to the office during Sting Time to get a treat and certificate, as well as have your picture taken when at school.
  • Fall Costume Contest Winners: We have our winners from the Student Council fall event!

    • 1st place went to Keilana Sonntag, grade 8, as Rapunzel
    • 2nd place went to Lleyton Balabon, grade 7, as Voting American and 
    • 3rd place went to Danica Orth, grade 7, as Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender
  • Spirit Week: It has been Spirit Week. Whether you are at home or at school, wear your Sting Spirit Wear on Friday. Thank you for participating and celebrating Spectrum

  • Book Fair: This year’s fall Book Fair has started and runs until November 22nd. Details are on your Advisor’s Schoology page. All books get shipped directly to your home. Free shipping on orders over $25.00, and 25% of all purchases support teacher classroom libraries! This is a great opportunity to get some new reading materials, so please check out the link.

  • At Spectrum Middle School, each day we say, Have a great day, knowing that you belong here, and with humble confidence and your best efforts, today will be a success. Go Sting!
