SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • The Spectrum WINTER SPORTS MEETING will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, Nov. 9 at the high school. All students interested in the following sports should attend along with one parent. Winter sports registration is open online now!

  • Students, please take note that glass water bottles are not allowed in the school building. They are a hazard in more ways than one and we thank you for your compliance with this school policy.

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL

  • Students of the Month - Each month we have two Students of the Month for each grade. These students are nominated by teachers for excelling in academic performance, character, behavior, effort, social relationships, and attendance; National Junior Honor Society students are not eligible for SOTM.  Please congratulate the following students for being recognized as the October Students of the Month:

    • 6th - Julian Peterson (Moe) & Liana Thompson (Mattson)

    • 7th - Gavin Gifford (Honn) & Grace Biorn (Gangl)

    • 8th - Henry Adams (Guimont) & Alexia Melander (Faatz)

  • Fall Celebration: The Student Council’s first event of the 2020-21 school year is here - the Middle School Costume Contest.

    • Take a picture of yourself in your school-appropriate costume

    • Submit it to Ms. Faatz, using the provided Google Presentation slide by Friday, Oct. 30

    • Sit back and see if you earned any Spectrum Gear
*See a Student Council Representative for more information

  • Conferences: Conferences are virtual this fall, and we want you to be a part of them...but we do not have enough slots for everyone. We will be reaching out to those with whom we would like to have a conference. You can request one too. Let your teacher know, and we will do our best to honor it by telling Advisors.

  • Sting Time at 7th/8th Campus: RTI again on Wednesday and Thursday, including getting support from the Student Advisory Crew - if you are interested in having a peer support your learning, let your Advisor know and head to room 113 (music) for some help.

  • At Spectrum Middle School, each day we say, Have a great day, knowing that you belong here, and with humble confidence and your best efforts, today will be a success. Go Sting!
