Spectrum Daily 2-25-2020

SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • Tomorrow, February 26, 2020, is MN School Bus Driver Appreciation Day. Please be sure to take a minute and thank your bus driver and let them know that you appreciate them! This would be a GREAT opportunity to show your appreciation to your driver by giving him or her a note of encouragement or gift of gratitude. A thank you note or card could really brighten their day!

  • Congratulations to Abby Thompson for becoming the first girl in Spectrum High School history to score 1000 points. Abby led the team to victory last night over St. Croix Prep. With the win, their 19th on the season, the team broke the school record for most wins in a season. Congratulations Girls!

  • Students, if you received an email communication indicating your eligibility to apply for the National Honor Society, please take note that the informational meeting will be held today at 1 pm in the high school music room.

  • There will be a Girls’ Spring Lacrosse Information Meeting for 7-12 Grade Spectrum Girls and their parents on Monday March 2, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the Big Lake HS lecture hall.

  • Student-athletes in grades 7-12 interested to sign up for baseball, golf (girls and boys), softball, and track & field (girls & boys) must attend the SPRING SPORTS MEETING at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 2 in the high school gymnasium.  At least one parent must also attend.  The online registration for Spring sports is now open.  We encourage everyone to register early, however you must still attend the Spring Sports Meeting.  Here is the registration link:   https://www.spectrumhighschool.portal.rschooltoday.com/
