SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL 

  • Auditions for Spectrum's March production of Seussical are being held today, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  All information can be accessed in the Theatre Group page in Schoology.  Access code is available on the poster outside Stelten's room or send her an email!

  • Boys’ and Girls’ Swim and Diving, Tennis and Clay Target Athletes, the Yearbook will be taking your team photo today at the beginning of Advisory. Please check in with your Advisory for attendance and then make your way to the office.

  •  Sophomores: If you took the PSAT/NMSQT exam and are NOT in AVID, come to the College & Career Center during Sting Time on today to receive the paper copy of your score results and learn about score interpretation.

  • Spectrum will be offering the ACT on February 25th, 2020. For students who are interested in taking it at Spectrum, please check your email or visit the College and Career Center. All registration must be complete by January 10th. 

 

SPECTRUM MIDDLE SCHOOL

  • Join Student Council in warming up to Winter Break by participating in this week's Dress-up Days (all school-appropriate):  

    • M - Wear your favorite Stocking Cap / Hat

    • T - Dress like a Candy Cane

    • W - Dress in the gear of your favorite Vacation Location

    • TH - Promote your favorite winter Sport Team, and

    • F - Ugly Sweater or Shirt (*contest* - recognition will be at the end of the day)

  • Haven for Heroes: The 8th grade service learning group Veteran Support is collecting donations for Haven for Heroes. This is a non-profit organization for homeless veterans in our area. Items will be collected by various 8th-grade advisors at the 7/8 building or the 6th grade office and include: 

    • personal hygiene products/toiletries

    • gift cards to grocery stores, Walmart, gas stations, etc.

    • books, travel games, decks of playing cards

    • reading glasses, non-perishable food

    • winter gear and winter coats (like-new condition)\
