SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

  • Students, we need your help.  We are experiencing a great deal of drink spills in the hallways.  This has led to some slips and falls of individuals when the spills are not cleaned up in a timely manner.  A few guidelines to follow, some in relation to our handbook, include:

    - Absolutely no glass containers should be used in our building
    - Only clear water bottles are permitted in class
    - If you do happen to spill in the hallway, please be sure to let someone know so we can get it cleaned up as soon as possible

  • Friday is our last home Football game and it will be a Hawaiian theme.  So wear your best Hawaiian clothes and come to the game which will be at 3:30 pm.  GO STING!

  • Quiz Bowl will be starting this Wednesday. It will be held in room 105 at the 7/8 grade building from 3:15 to 5. Quiz Bowl is competitive trivia played on teams against other schools. As you work with a team, having knowledge in one area is all you really need. Come join us this Wednesday. The first two practices are free and a great way to see if this is something you are interested in.

  • Thank you to all of the people that took part in the Spectrum Sting Wear contest to win 1 of 2 baskets being given away in celebration of Homecoming!

We are happy to announce our 2 winners: JD Freeby and Giavanna Feist! Be sure to stop by the office and pick up your prizes! There will be another contest giving away two more baskets in November/December for the holidays. Stay tuned for further details.
