SPECTRUM HIGH SCHOOL

• Attention Sophomores and Juniors.  Are you still interested in traveling to Europe in 2021?  We still have five spots available to travel to London, Paris, Switzerland and Munich.  You don't want to miss out!  Information is available outside of Mrs. Hewitt's room 108. 

• Do you need to make up a missed PE day? Do you need a place to work out for free? Come join Coach Foskett on Tuesday and Friday mornings for a FREE open weight room. Get customized workout programs or bring your own. Starts now.

• Girls’ Basketball Captains’ Practice will be Thursday, September 19 from 6-730pm at 7th/8th grade gym. After this week, practices will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 6-730 at 7/8 gym.  Please Contact Coach Hund at the High School if you are interested in playing this year.

• Wreck-Less Driving Academy will be doing a driver education class with us again. We will be meeting October 28 to November 8 (M-F) from 3:30-6:30 pm. If you are at least 14-1/2 yrs. old and would like to join this class, please contact Wreck-Less Driving Academy to sign up today (class is limited to 30 students).  You also can see Mrs. Bondy with questions or flyers out the front office doors.

• Attention all 11th Graders! Would you like the opportunity to speak to over a 100 college representatives from across the US and around the globe? Are you ready to explore your options, ask some questions and gather lots of information. Then plan to attend the 
  National College Fair through Spectrum High School on Thursday, October 3 
  from 8 - noon. Permission forms are available in the College & Career Center.  

• Homecoming is just around the corner so get ready for an awesome spirit week vacation. This year we will be going Coast to Coast, starting…. 

  • On Monday, As you might still be jet lagged from your flight, so don’t worry about what to wear. Roll up and out of bed and go to school in your comfiest pair of PJ’s. 

  •  On Tuesday, We’re headed out West for the hippest styles, Bring out your best VSCO outfit or best pair of mom jeans to join us on Hipster Day.

  • Oh you Betcha! On Wednesday, it's time to go up north, so bring out your hunting gear like your going to the cabin.

  • Yee-Haw! On Thursday Bring out your denim, flannel, and cowboy boots to  join us for a down south country day.

  • Friday is spirit day so make sure you show your sting pride: Freshman wear Grey, Sophomores wear White,  Juniors wear Spectrum Green, and Seniors wear Black

• The dance will be held on Friday September 27th 9pm-11pm, and its semi formal.  As we made our way coast to coast we will be ending in a Starry Night in New York. Tickets are $7 at the door.
